Continuing the kick off started the previous week, it was time for a favorite March event held in Missouri, the Missouri Whitewater Association's kayak races held at Millstream Gardens Conservation Area. This year was the 52nd annual event and the third consecutive for me! It was a bit chilly but enjoyable nevertheless! Unfortunately, because there was no camping trip associated with this weekend, it was a shorter time enjoyed before having to head back. Bigger things were on the immediate horizon!
